Yep that's correct, on your 30's, so around jump 10 or so

Yeah it's really something to look forward to.  I remember when I got to my 30's it was awesome!  I can still remember the entry in my log book.  From here on out each jump is something cool, we just have to make sure you're safe to go into freefall.

For example:

10 seconds you start to use your alti instead of counting
15 you start turns
30's diving out, more turns and jumping with the instructor
45's are the fun ones though

There is so much going on once you get to freefall that making 2-3 jumps a day is about the max your mind can take.

whatever you can dream up.  My personal favorite is facing the prop and then just rolling out onto my back and do back flips until everything blurrs together

The blue-green is one of my favorites.  Front flip off the strut and watch the blue sky and green earth.  When things turn turqoise its probably time to get stable.  A barrell roll is fun too.

there hasn't been a post on this in a while it looks like.. but I have a question? I have only one tandem and two static jumps in so far.. It seems I was more aware of what was happening when I let go of the strut last time, and was more relaxed..  I even seen the rest of the chute opening when I checked after a five count..Im hoping my surroundings become more and more aware as I get more jumps.. Do they?  And will the sensation in my stomach of falling, like on a roller coaster ever go away..? Love jumping so far and very impressed with KSUPC.  Look forward to progressing with you all!
