Weekend Plans: July 5th - 6thGreetings Jumpers! We all hope that you will have a great Independence Day but just remember, after the 4th of July, is another skydiving weekend! Here's our plans...
Saturday- With a possible storm in the morning, we will open up at 10:00am but close at 4:00pm because of demos. Otherwise, Saturday is looking beautiful with a little wind.
Sunday- Sunday is looking to be beautiful. The Drop Zone will open up at 8:00am so make this day count!
NOTE: Since this is a holiday weekend, There will be a few staff members gone. Do not let this drive you away though. We will still have coaches and instructors out for students so we encourage everyone, EVERYONE(!) to get out and stack the loads this weekend. Come on out at 8:00am to ensure we can start the day prompt and get you all on the plane a.s.a.p.! Also, Jesse Magana is looking for some people to run the ground crew this weekend. For more info, call him at 785-313-2347.
Blue Skies!!!
Weekend Wrap Up: June 28th - 29th
Hello Everyone! We hope that you all had a great weekend. Ours was about as eventful as they get.
First off, we want to congratulate the fourteen First Jumpers for taking the summer class and making their first jump. What a great way to enjoy the summer! We would also like to give kudos to Brad Jacobson and Brian LeBlanc for getting their A-licenses. Good job guys!
But on another note, best wishes goes out to Katie O. All of us hope that your ankle heals perfectly. In addition, Diedra Romey had her first reserve ride and not to be out-done by a student, newly A-licensed Jason Scheffler rode his reserve too.
Finally for this weekend, Michael Cabrera received his practically new RW suit in the mail. You know what that means... Jesse.
Have a great week everyone and hope to see you all next weekend. The club is looking forward towards a boring weekend this time.
Weekend Plans: June 28th - 29th
Hello Jumpers! Extreme apologies for the late post. As most of you know, this is the weekend for the first jump students so for the rest of Saturday and Sunday we could use as much help as possible. This is what the rest of the weekend looks like.
Saturday- COME OUT! It might be the middle of the day but we're jumping till the sun goes down. Besides, the weather is absolutely beautiful.
Sunday- Sunday also looks extravagant so well will open the DZ at 7:30am. Come on out and enjoy the last of June jumping!
